Hi all. I know foam core boards are used as backing or display those large photo prints so that's why I ask here. But, I can't find them. What kind of shops sell these?

I'm not using them for those purposes but to construct rough prototypes of speaker enclosures. I've used cardboard but I've run out. These foam core can actually be used to make permanent enclosures for small 2-3 inch speakers if construction is done neatly, unlike cardboard which is just plain and crude. I'm in KK, Sabah BTW, so if there's like a specialty hobby shop or whatever let me know. Or you know, just in general where people sell these things.

I don't actually need big pieces.
Worst case, I'd have to wait until my semester starts again and on my way in KL I'll drop by somewhere.
It'll be awkward bringing sheets of foam core with me on the train though. tongue.gif

My uncle dropped by my house, saw my other speakers and talked about materials and foam core came up. I now know where to look. Thread closed. biggrin.gif
