Guys, anyone knows which services that actually handle the gps location in OPO? This is because I can't use my WhatApps to send location via mobile data but no problem when phone were in WiFi mode. I think I have disabled the services via amplify but I don't know which one.

QUOTE(andyjyneo @ Nov 26 2014, 12:07 PM) Feel like selling off my Note 2 and buy a 2nd hand 16GB OnePlus One. Just get the 64gb version bro, OPO dont have SD card expansion slot, so you might regret later when you need more storage, unless you're sure about your usage. Once OnePlus setup their office in Malaysia, only buy International set. Hmm... |

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « In fact, everyone is with OPO is getting min 5hrs of SOT, and average is 6hrs. Some even had stretched out to 8hrs and above. I believe it lies down to what your usage is how your tweak the phone. But nontheless, this phone really rocks. |

QUOTE(mtxx @ Nov 28 2014, 11:21 AM) for me i average on 5 hour. max stretch is 6 hours. Haha. Mine with mild tweak (greenify and amplify) and normally i get around 4.5-5hrs SOT on with about 2 days standby. More than enough to me. Can easily go out without needing to bring powerbank. those that get 8hours must be super low brightness and watch video all the time. |

QUOTE(LuffyPSP @ Nov 28 2014, 04:48 PM) I easily got 7 hours SOT, with 24 hours off charger without any tweaks(i went to stock except root and greenify). and still have 20% left. Do you use tasker too? Says auto turn to 2G network when connected to wifi? Cuz, i tweaked and tweaked, i always got around 7-8 hours of SOT so thats enough reason to get back to stock settings. actually 5 hours SOT is more than enough for me in everyday use. Stock CM kernel is honestly quite good. |

QUOTE(LuffyPSP @ Nov 28 2014, 09:49 PM) Yeah i felt that too. Recent franco after 38R is kinda buggy and less battery friendly. End up using stock. That's really impressive result bro with only disable google play wakelock under privacy. And true, signal strength is the main culprit that deciding battery life. My are here quite sucks, so usually my unit has shorter batt on Sat & Sun because not working. But if you want more control, of course best to use custom kernel. Probably cuz i dirty flashed only. That random reboot was rare though. Like once a week. Must be because of some apps. I bought it. But never used it. Everything stock. I even have all of the toggles turned on. Nfc, BT, LTE. I only greenify Facebook, and never allow Wake Up and keep awake for Google play services in privacy settings. I dun use Google now and also turned of location settings. I do put High accuracy for the location/gps tho. still have perfect deep sleep only with these settings. I removed Xposed framework edy btw. And btw, the reception really make a lot of difference. I will worst drain if my signal is low. When that happens, I will have like 5 hours sot only. Best reception, 6-7 sot depending on how long I left my phone off the charger.
