are you familiar with card from scott garden ? last time the shop say hard to duplicate due to encryption contained inside the card.

Car park card for 3 two square can ar? It's like plastic paper with magnetic strip.

For condos, what are the chances you will help duplicate a keycard for criminals?

Now u make me scared to live in condo since like so ez to duplicate.
What preventive measures u do to ensure you do not affect residential places?

Is it illegal to duplicate a access card? Well legally it is like asking a key shop person if it is illegal to duplicate their house key or car keys.

The misconception is people think access card cannot be duplicated, hence if can be done so it is deemed illegal. However is it only as illegal as someone go to a locksmith to duplicate the house key.

Access card duplicate technology has been in the market for at least 5 years.

I believe you would have seen some key which has holes in it instead of groves. Those keys were ‘impossible’ to duplicate when they first emerge in the market around 10 years ago, but now one can simply walk to almost any locksmith to duplicate it, albeit with higher price.

The only consolation here, if you adamant that it is illegal to duplicate card, that at least there is a record in the access computer of the card serial number when someone uses the card. As compared to a duplicated key, no one would know which key they used.

I didn't say it's illegal. I am just saying that if so easy nowadays, no wonder residential areas also so easy to break in.

Did a couple of dealing with TS.

First - to duplicate 2 access cards, found out one is faulty.
Second - Met up with TS to rectify the faulty one... all in good order now!

TS is very honest and always follow up on your availability & whether the card is working or not. Recommend!
