Hi, may I know what can be the problem when im browsing my S3 while charging the phone the weird thing is the battery percentage decreasing instead of increase? The phone is actually charging cos I can see the thunder sign in the battery icon. Can it be the battery or the phone itself?

Thanks for the info, this morning I exchange with my friend S3 battery, the issue still the same.. Plugged the charger in while browsing..the percentage still dropping.
