bro.. need help..lately my s3.. easy over heat and power drain very fast?

is this sign of motherboard failure soon or got virus?

I went to Samsung service crntre.. asked me do not always used powerbank to charged my battery. ... it will cause the phone to heat..

now my problem is gone as using AC to recharged the phone. . also used bck my ori s3 battery. ...

ytday my phone got error msg and i had to reset my phone.. only realised that my back via in KIES was not done properly.... a lot pic and contact cant restored..

any other APP can back up the whole phone data and app in the phone?
