No issue on my Note 4 with eRobot rom.
No issue on my wife's Note3 as well as her sister's Note3 both on Aryamod v8.0.
No issue on my son's Mi3 on CM12.1 & Miui7
No issue on my friend's Note1 on Aryamod v8
No issue on my friend's S2 i9100G ( 2 units) both on OmniRom

In beta version folder there is no file.. can't find where the beta9 u mentioned..

Can't be installed with custom kernel? Somehow after reboot boeffla profile n config just crashed.. I lose my boeffla sound n i didn see noticeable difference after install lspeed.. I even think there is a little more lag when browsing the ui.. configuration problem?

Custom kernel works even better with it - did you install busybox?
You need to install it.

I did install busybox.. is it after install lspeed i can't use the boeffla config anymore? Or in lspeed i shouldn't adjust anything after it is installed?

Maybe you shouldn't touch the LNET/Kernel tweaks/Kernel Sampling/kernel sleepers/kernel panic & all related kernels tweaks.

I think it work with custom kernel, but gt conflict with boeffla config app.. that's why the kernel settings not boot up properly after reboot..
