Sorry for bringing up a old topic..but this topic is exactly what I would like to know..
Comparing Intel Core I5 4590 and AMD A10 7850K..both similar price..
By looking at those reviews I found, Core I5 4590 has better CPU performance compared to A10 7850K. However, the A10 7850K GPU performance is a lot better compared to Intel HD Graphics 4600..
Would like to know, if I choose Intel Core I5 4590 and use the Intel HD Graphics 4600, I use it to display 2 monitors with full HD resolution, 1 use for play full HD movie, another 1 use for web browsing(more than 10 tabs) and background running heavy resource software like Bluestacks..
Can Core I5 4590 with integrated graphic can support my usage? Or I need to opt for discrete GPU?
Besides that, planning to get Kingston HyperX Fury 1600MHz 8GB as the value ram price not much different with this performance ram.. Do the performance ram really help in overall PC performance with my usage?

The i5.... The integrated GPU of the A10 wasn't really fast, especially you will need fast RAMs to take advantage of them.

Not to mention a fast enough discrete card+i5 will likely to outperform an A10.

Yes, the integrated graphics should do it just fine.

Performance RAMs won't make a lot of difference on Intel platforms, though since the price difference between HyperX Fury and Value are pretty small, therefore there's no harm getting them.
