IIRC, the defender was about RM700 when I bot from ACE hardware. The beam facus all the way but not sure how far can shine.

The E2D can be bought from mafeya here at RM450

I bought mine from him. Quality is good, can shatter glass, car windscreen/window due to its special feature: The Crenallated Strike Bezel head. Only drawback is it is incandescent and thus the output time is only max 1.25 hrs, and also it gets heated up over time making it useful and harmful.

You could use it to melt frozen bandages. Bad it gets HOT so watch where you place the head after usage. Can also use to stun attackers (thus named the Defender) by shining into the eyes, disorientating them. The Strike Bezel hurts the opponent when hit on vital points.

The flashlight (don't use torch you are insulting the quality of these good brands) is a good buy in my opinion for urbanites.

My 3 lights above are LED.

For lights of this size, LED's are the brightest and most efficient. The Fenix L2D Rebel 100 outputs 175 lumens and the NiteCore Defender Infinity outputs 180 lumens (on NiMH).
