-8 day for every 12 months of continuos service if employed for a period less than 2 year
-12 days for every 12 months of continuos service if employed for 2 years or more but less then 5 years -16 days for every 12 months of continuos service if employed for a period of 5 years or more. section60E of the employment act 1955 |

this is the minimum annual leave for any employee...
depends which 1 is more favourable... if ur company offer 40 days... then follow ur company... if ur company offer 2 days... then follow section 60E... if not u can sue ur company... |
