i get 2.5 days at the end of every month..so tats about 30 days at the end of a year, got 7 days extra for sick leave...so tats 37 days a year, but public holidays this year only got 10 (they don't recognize all the public holdays in M'sia,only the major ones).

Mine 14 days. If not mistaken, labour law says minimum is 10 days

nowadays annual leave are prorated
if ur company gives 16 days per year..
u work 1 month then only you are entitled to 16/355 days..u will need to accumulate from there
