tpi stu soalan je nak tnya...panas x dlam rumah? sbb kalau dekat luar negara diorang kena pikirkn psal insulation dan sebagainya tpi kat malaysia xpyah..sbb panas..xD
minat dgn rumah kontena dlm vid ni...xde lah nk tiru sebijik2...tpi cam boleh guna dia punya konsep, dan gunakan kontena sebagai dinding..kalau tgok kat kawasan ruang tamu rumah tu...xnmpak mcm panas sbb atap dia tinggi, tpi klau dalam bilik, sbb dia da ltak dinding bgi lawa....nmpak cam panas...

I think MY citizen need to stay in kotena next time .... if everything keep increase and never come down .... and our salary like peanut ... so call "High Income country" .... blehhhh
just hope that malaysia will have low export and high import (that were using container) so there will be lot of left over... and ppl can get it at very nice price..xD
actually i also wan a container house, since cant afford real house. the bigger issue is that
1) land 2) letrik 3) water & piping 4) permit
bfore get a container, i think need to concrete the ground 1st, & adding Kaki to make the container higher will be better.
haha bro, not sure if u can make that type of house in urban area since the planning comittee is quite strict, but if around rural area..that`s another thing..xD i wont be worry much about water and piping but for electrical issue u`ll need to pay a good technician becouse u dont wanna get electrocuted, kalau rumah kampung bleh la,,,byar duit kopi je sruh dia cop sahkan dokumen supaya api boleh msok.....xD
