hm..

plausible juga dengan kos tersebut, but have we cosidered the hidden cost?

i am choosing container as it is modular and it does make more sense to youngsters to own his first house and land with the least money used.
plus, to have any lad nearby klang valley is not that easy, mostly if it's connected with highways

it's not about being cheap, but sustaining and living it smarter. 50k of expenses with permanent toilet and 2400 of land area is worth the bargain
owh i forget to mention i am making it 2 storey high. and it's beautiful and viral already

so i am in an effort to offer options to youngsters like me, rather tha wasting so much on 250K 900sqft apartment for 35 years to 50K with 2400 sqft area within 5 years

sounds good or not? depends o every individuals, i am pioneering this and follow me if you find it way realistic
if not, it's okay, everyone should live life on personal choice and decision not by others judgement

Quite an interesting concept but its definitely not new. I have experience spending some time in a quite similar "house". My friend father which is a contractor have put a container complete with furnishing just to be hang-out house for him. Quite comfortable but just a bit hot and humid.

I bit good luck and all the best in your project. Maybe you can extend to a self sustainable house as well, so no need to pay water an electrical bills smile.gif Cheers.

make sure ade layer of roof above the container...if not will be boiling hot during the day...jack roof kinda style

usually site office containers will do this as ventilation and reduce heat gain on the container..u have a site plan or not for this housing project of yours?

makes it easier for future expansion and space planning
