I received my monthly bill today and i saw this
Monthly access fee RM 100
Broadband Penalty Charge RM 1089.03
I was furious...
They did not even call and notify me that im using more than 3GB and im using wired broadband...They did not cut my connection and they sent me a bill that cost me RM 1000+++
This is a bullshit i cant tolerate with..
I am planing to call maxis tomorrow...
