Wireless Broadband & Wired Broadband is package under Maxis Broadband where you will provide modem & phone upon registration. The concept is u need to use the sim card provided by Maxis, insert into modem to connect to internet. More info, you can refer to Maxis Broadband

Maxis Internet2Go serves up a data network that allows you to be connecting to the internet via your mobile phones in GPRS, EDGE, 3G or HSDPA. Advantage is u just need a 3G phone & data cable to connect with your laptop or PC. Suggest u subscribe unlimited data package if u plan to connect for internet surfing or heavy data usage. More info, refer to Maxis - Internet 2 Go

Depends on ur phone network... if it's 3G, u got 3G or HSDPA (if ur phone support HSDPA) speed otherwise just only GPRS.
