Are u sure its 3gb only? They never said anything like that when i installed it. Im using wmaxis wireless broadband. The 3g pcmcia card? never heard of it how come

hi guy did anyone receive any call from maxis last week, i did receive the call and they want to conduct survey and i answer some 6 question if i not mistaken...

I gave all 6 questions "unsatisfied" for the survey when they called this morning.

Hi ALL, I just got my modem last week (Package RM68, 384K). The connection that available for me is UMST (The Fastest).

But the max. download speed only about 17Kbps. My location is around serdang. Anyone have ant idea how to increase the connection speed?

Me 2....the customer service is dam hard to contact. Call 1800 82 1919..they can help you. but they charge you. its better you call them using the maxis phone, 123, and request them to transfer you there. foc call.

and if i surf net kao kao like i do wif tmnut...the line will have error...i'll have to turn off my modem for 10 minutes and reconnect.
