one of the user complain that he can not use it after 30 days trial (already registered) from cari forum

the maxis agent never answer my call
when i call to maxis hotline thehy ask u to refer to this stupid agent
& the officers always give me the different answer, one time, she told me the registration is ready & the technician will call u this afternoon.............until 2 days already no one call me about this & i call back, the other officer, told me your registration is not ready


do not undetstand what happen to this maxis broadband?
i think i will cancel this trial end of this month if no one answer my call

so, in my case, i applied on 17/3/07, then only can get the technician to install around 17/5/07? Still have to wait 2 to 3 weeks?

i registered it 3 months ago, but they only inform me my area no coverage after i call...............then i told them i apply for my working area, they told me..got coverage but u need to re-apply it again.......stupied maxis agent

for ur info, i think u can call them to cancel the home voice RM15 after free 6 mths charge but
can we cancel the itemised billing M5?

my house area (kepong) & working area (damasara height) is not under the HSDPA but i always get the wireless Network Information
Network Provider maxis
Network Type HSDPA
from the ZTE MF600 page

& have checked with Maxis/JARING/tmnet about the bandwidth of internet connection for the download is always around 700++kbps

so shall i get the RM68 stanard 384 kbps or RM98 premium 768 kbps after 30 days trial? Any advise from ur? TQ



by the way, any subscriber here have Home Voice Service home plan 38? Is it worth to take this offer after 6 mths? Need ur opinion as well..TQ

thank for the info....but i canceled my itemised biling over the phone, & maxis guy told me they still send meuthe bill by post? So what's the difference with this itemised billing?
btw, i have subceribed RM68 378kbp package but why I always got the download speed btw range (Maxis HSDPA connected) 1.03 Mbps ~400 kbps & most of the time I I got 700~800 kbps btw the area of damasara heigh, damasara jaya & kepong baru (tested from tmnet/jaring/maxis wedsite)... or maybe because they want u to sign so give u the best btw this30 days trial period?

yeah, I always got around hsdpa= 768kbps speed(3.5g) while subscribed to 384 package....but no sure whether is it because of still within 30 days trials?

but yesterday night, i only got the dial up speed, this is the first time I got the lower speed....maybe affected by the rain

me too..2 days already...very slow ..slower than dial-up even it show connecting with HSDPA after reset also the same

Maxis customer officer told me yesterday that they have the network problem on date of 27/8/07, until now
my home area-kepong no problem but my work area-damasara heigh got connecting problem anyone experience the same problem around damasara area?
