Barbaro is better during late game but u need to wait for his SS to out (who knows when).

Soul Stone. the one u use to promote your hero into higher *. There is no way to farm for Barbaro SS atm except u pay for VIP 11.

Depends on the heroes you have now.

In my opinion, if you can perform decently in arena (maintain or slowly increase in ranking) and complete full 15/15 crucible, you should pump refills instead of pulling gold chest.

Higher level will increase your gold gain in crucible while benefiting your arena ranking instead of a new 3 star hero (or 30 hero shard).

Based on experience, there are also certain level range that you need to pass ASAP due to facing 1 level higher fused heroes in crucible and arena:
lvl 68-71
lvl 75-77

finally my arena ranking now 9xx haha just purple leo and hyral~~ cant wait for lvl 53
