Bought the 2003 one (came in the Gigabyte Motherboard CD)
Updated it through internet.
Is it reliable?
Scanned my hard drive...no virus.

But when launch Internet Explorer, a pop up window always came up.
Something like www.7logih.com
If not close it quickly, a flood of pop up window will came out...20+ of them.

Your case is a spyware infection. Go get Spybot S & D or Adaware to help you. Read up further on Anti-spyware.

If not, post back to give a hijack this report.

malware... Spybot and Adaware can settle mah...? Correct me unless I am much mistaken...

But I guess, online scanners also can help identifying the problem...

uh... I might need to reupdate my malware "definition" ... If so, then yes, Online virus scanner should be able to check for culprit... But I would personally choose to scan for spyware and all that... Most of the time is those cases...

That seems proof that Norton 2003 can be uninstalled.
