I just bought my 1st property in Sept cash. I had no luck in Stock market although I am Finance graduate. I had 20% loss in my portfolio even I have had it long since 2010. To wait prop and stock market crash, which instruments should I hold? even certificate deposit by banks only 4.5% max for non bumi. what should I do since inflation is more than the interest? I wanna make big  profit too when everything crash. I missed 2008 crash because I was still at university that time?
