Someone fill me in on the current health of the property market.

I feel lost at the entire discussion.

risky investment... going down the drain, if no holding power, can rot and line up for bancrupt..

Market's out of control. Property market's still selling optimism when I'm sensing a glut in the market for units that are selling in increasingly ridiculous prices. I'm been expecting a bubble burst for years.

Also, I'm really annoyed at how newspapers are now shamelessly advertising opportunities for well-to-do local to emigrate by marketing foreign properties in Oz and the UK that could be used to transfer huge sums of personal fortune to in preparation of a move.

if you take precedent of the previous never happen bubble, buy more then it may increase beyond 1 million according to BBB..
