QUOTE(tnang @ Nov 21 2014, 12:46 AM) Bubble forming could due to high gearing, affordability, and naked investors, very depend on actual ratio in the market. if majority is own stay and real investor with holding power, than no issues. but who will know? god?????? ya BNM mus reduce the MOF for commercial props to 75% for 5th prop onwards.. i think many pipu investing in commie props now cos easy to get no or little money down deals.

QUOTE(Mikken @ Nov 26 2014, 06:58 PM) I am already seeing a 10% - 15% drop in market. Healthy in my opinion as this will spur transactions. The market now is unbelievable. Heard a Z Residence fully furnished unit going for RM1,800. Previously was asking RM2,300. Waiting for LRT completion as next catalyst. yes i monitor prices across n i can find a terrace in botanic, klang for inside 500k thats not 'too basic'.
