I try to use the ip6+ as my main phone. It lasted only 3+ weeks n is now relegated back as secondary phone. Its poorer functionality vs Android just turns me off. Now my main phone is Note4.

Can share what sort of functionality is lacking versus android? I agree to certain extent that for ip6+ wasn't optimised for large screen estate. Since its software, I'm not too worried since it's upgradeable.

Guys, especially those using iPhone 6. How's the battery life? I'm not really a heavy user but my WeChat, WhatsApp and Facebook must be left running in background. Besides, I also surf net and stream some short Facebook or YouTube videos.

Roughly how long can your battery last with how long usage? unsure.gif

I know iPhone 6+ has much longer battery life but I cannot convince myself to get a phone >RM 3k (64GB)... sweat.gif In addition, it is thin but the size is big, so I feel not that good in my grip. I have been using Note II previously and Note 3 now, so the size is not a problem but just that 6+ is too thin...

I hope I won't regret of buying iPhone 6, instead of 6+... sad.gif

6+ is too thin, but with a case, it fits perfectly. But without case, if you are not careless type, it's okay. But pretty subjective for everyone. I would say you will regret not getting 6+ after exposed with bigger size phones.

It's always typically people with a lot of calls usage and never used a bigger size phone will hold back going to 6+. laugh.gif

I haven't invested much in the iOS ecosystem (except I bought Triple Town tongue.gif)... before my 5S/6, I was using an S3... and before that I was using the rarer OSes like Maemo/MeeGo.

I ended up on iOS solely for the international warranty. Hard to say no to that if you travel reasonably often. If Android had an equivalent hardware manufacturer that offered international warranty, I'd probably jump right back over... although I'd miss hand off in iOS 8 tongue.gif

Check Apple communities, plenty of people asking about international warranty for iPhone. There isn't one. You have to get warranty service in country of origin purchased from.

Anyone experienced or have knowledge about international warranty, I would be glad to have a look.

I've personally seen a Malaysian (2x) and Singaporean (1x) iPhone 5 exchanged 1-to-1 in the Netherlands for a grand total of 3 times... and a Retina Macbook Pro 15 bought in KL that was also offered a 1-to-1 (but my friend declined because he had stickers on the rMBP that he liked). Not sure about you... but this looks like international warranty to me.

That's why am interested to find out. MacBook are clear cut as the warranty page shows global warranty coverage.

iPhone was a little muddle. The warranty page doesn't exactly say no, but there are clause Apple may restrict replacement (all the legal mumbo jumbo).
