Should be OK. The phone will regulate how much power go into it, if external power source can provide more than that. The Official iPhone 6/6+ Discussion Thread | V5, Bigger than bigger

QUOTE(jumpstat @ Nov 15 2014, 02:09 PM) Good afternoon all, Shouldn't matter I guess? As long as it's unlocked from carriersI received a unit, IP6 gold and it says it version A1586. Obviously its a overseas unit as the back case have chinese letterings but the ime does matchup when I on the phone. I am waiting for the replacement nano sim from maxis and see how it goes. Does anyone know from where this version comes from and would it be compatible with Maxis? Thanks in advance. |

Check the Photo settings. I think you have photo stream to iCloud enabled.

QUOTE(SolId SnaKe @ Nov 15 2014, 06:14 PM) Nahhh... That's bs... Every rechargeable lithium ion battery has a limited charge cycle... If u keep charging it when u have the chance, u will reduce the life span of the battery... It's proven for me as my bro and I bought iPhone 5 at the same date and after a year, mine can still last longer than his simply becos I don't apply the method u mentioned above Charge cycle is not number of charge. It's number of full charge. E.g. you charge at 50% to 100% twice, that's 1 charge cycle.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charge_cycle And believe it or not, deep discharge has more damage than shallow charge. You should only drain battery to 0% for re-calibration purpose. This post has been edited by da3shou3: Nov 15 2014, 06:20 PM |

QUOTE(kamikraze @ Nov 15 2014, 06:50 PM) what u mean by shallow charge? and base on the reading, it's advisable to charge whenever can right? It simply means you can just charge whenever you feel like doing it. In fact it's better to do frequent smaller charge than to drain battery flat and charge to full.for a 2 days old iphone6, should I begin to recalibrate the battery? and how can it be done? You don't need to re-calibrate really. It's just to let the phone to be able to estimate battery more accurately. To do that just use until battery flat and charge to full again. Few months once would be sufficient. |
