My last charge that I screenshot last weekend.

I didn't know the battery is so good, main reason I bought it is because it has dual SIM suits for my usage when I travel to overseas. Some more it is only RM 499, new. laugh.gif

OK, sorry to off-topic.

Wow... wtf... I was thinking about getting a dual SIM phone for the same uses as you and was looking at the Xiaomi Note or Asus Zenphone... Now no choice but to look at this magic Huawei 3c shocking.gif shocking.gif shocking.gif

If your usage is exactly like mine, get this phone as secondary phone. No regret and you won't bother thinking to charge it all the time. thumbup.gif

Yeah looking into it now... I've been eyeing either the Xiaomi 1s/Note, Asus Zenphone... but now added the Honor 3c to the mix. I think the Zenphone is the cheapest among the lot. I usually dump my work SIM and Maxis SIM into the secondary phone when travelling and get a local data SIM for my main device... think that's pretty similar to what you described. Thanks for putting up that Android screenshot in the iPhone thread laugh.gif

Big hands or not, I'm not too sure.  blush.gif Just that I'm used to big size phone but not thin phone. blush.gif

Add a casing... like magic not so thin anymore tongue.gif I find mine with a casing is almost perfect (maybe still a bit slim but then again I'm using a slim case)...

So was trying to be productive today... and thought it would be a great time to use the fancy new productivity tools (like Numbers/Pages/Keynote) and resolution of the 6+ for this purpose...

WTF sleep.gif

Had to take out laptop in the end... Anyone else having this problem?

I don't think there's a way to "close and exit" an app from within iOS. When you get to that screen just go to multitask view and swipe it up to close Waze.

For Maxis users, store this number in your contact list:
*136*9*1#

Not so convenient for SurfMore (maybe only 75?) users because you still further input after that part. The first page only shows AOTG usage for me and you need to reply with "01" before you can see your actual usage...

What does your Next screen shows ? Mine shows cut-off date 28-Oct-2014 00:00:00 only. No other info.

My next screen shows:

"Your plan will be renewed on : 00:00:00 DD-MM-YYYY"

Next screen shows:

"Subscribed Plan: Monthly 5GB SurfMore plan. Your quota is:"

Next screen shows:

"Your plan will be renewed on : 00:00:00 DD-MM-YYYY"

Next screen shows:

"Spotify Premium 150MB. Your quota is:"

Next screen shows:

"Your plan will be renewed on : 00:00:00 DD-MM-YYYY"

LOL... I don't use the "136*" code anymore because there are so many different data packages active on a single line. I've moved on to using the Maxis Mobile website to check the remaining quota... just bookmark the link and check it with your browser whenever needed. It shows all the different packages at once instead of having to type "01", reply, "01", reply, "01" reply.

I haven't invested much in the iOS ecosystem (except I bought Triple Town tongue.gif)... before my 5S/6, I was using an S3... and before that I was using the rarer OSes like Maemo/MeeGo.

I ended up on iOS solely for the international warranty. Hard to say no to that if you travel reasonably often. If Android had an equivalent hardware manufacturer that offered international warranty, I'd probably jump right back over... although I'd miss hand off in iOS 8 tongue.gif

Check Apple communities, plenty of people asking about international warranty for iPhone. There isn't one. You have to get warranty service in country of origin purchased from.

Anyone experienced or have knowledge about international warranty, I would be glad to have a look.
*

I've personally seen a Malaysian (2x) and Singaporean (1x) iPhone 5 exchanged 1-to-1 in the Netherlands for a grand total of 3 times... and a Retina Macbook Pro 15 bought in KL that was also offered a 1-to-1 (but my friend declined because he had stickers on the rMBP that he liked). Not sure about you... but this looks like international warranty to me.

The way I look at it is if you buy a Malaysian iPhone, and travel to a first world country (EU/US)... chances are you will have no problem sending your iPhone for warranty... maybe not 1-to-1 but at least you can get it repaired while overseas.

If I'm travelling to a developing country, I won't hold my hopes up.

End of the day, when I'm not in KL, I'm in the EU... and Apple EU honors my warranty no questions asked (and in fact by default have to honor it for 2 years thanks to consumer protection laws)... More than good enough for me smile.gif

(Sorry for all the first world country people coming to Malaysia hahaha)

I might have my way to get it. laugh.gif

Wow!!! Sure... why not... My first choice is Xiaomi Note, but 3C will be fine as well. Local set and not the China one with no Google Maps/Play right?

Anyway, give me a couple of days to try and source a 3G Note first... if I fail, I'll hunt you down for the 3C tongue.gif

Hard plastic transparent Spigen. I think the case probably protected the phone from bending any more than it already did.

Apparently the Neo Hybrid (non metal) can crack easily near the volume buttons because that's where the plastic is thinnest... I also have one, but keeping it as a spare now tongue.gif

Just the 6+ (6 not sure) version... I had the Neo Hybrid on my 5S as well and loved it... that's why I picked up the 6+ version even though there were reports of cracking.

The idea is that eventually I'll buy the Neo Hybrid Metal as well, and use the metal bumper with the rubber insert from the normal Neo Hybrid... I don't like the cutout on the back of the rubber insert of the Metal.

Actually it's not just you. This is my first FULL month with MAXIS and first phone with LTE.

Ported in from DiGi on 6 Nov so last month was pro-rated. Bill cycle is on 21st of every month.

This month, from 21 - 27 Nov, my data usage was about 2.2 GB. I believe I turned off all background refresh etc last month.

Balance as of now is 1,098.1 MB.

It could be the faster speed making us use the phone more hence more data used up.

That's my theory tongue.gif

Funny thing is, it says I have some AOTG usage, even though I have no ASTRO?!?!

Hope the billing system is not buggy and my normal Surfmore plan is affected.
*
SurfMore75? That package comes with AOTG 2GB whether you have Astro or not... you just need to link an Astro account to it to use it. I don't have Astro so obviously that 2GB is completely wasted. Maybe you can find some friend with Astro to leech off? tongue.gif
