Checked the website, the fee quite expensive. only use the service when the seller wont ship internationally.

Good effort but I would still use comgateway. $25-28 for the shipping and they use DHL. I received my packages within 3 working days. (4 at most). How efficient can Pos Malaysia do then?

Not that I'm bashing but I really want to know.

Pros:
1) Minimum 500g (0.5kg). Really really good.
2) Charge is in MYR. Fixed, unlike comgateway which will fluctuate if USD-MYR changed.
3) No change of delivery address after payment is made, apparently - recently there are people who will call poslaju with someone else's tracking number and tell to change delivery address.

Cons:
1) Slower delivery (7-15 working days), 7-10 with express, 10-15 standard. = RM68 for express. comgateway provides ~$28 within 3-4 working days using DHL.
2) No self-collection [poslaju always take my item out @ 9am, delivered at 6pm at my doorstep, better go to their office. within 30 minute can pick up]
3) Repacking very expensive. RM20/item or does per package mean : i have 10 items, packaged into one and it only costs RM20?; hopefully it is the latter.

lastly, how good will their customer service be? smile.gif

yup , registered with them already. But i agree , comgateway still looks better than this. maybe people be guinea pigs and try their services first.
