need advice. looking for a new casing n tempered glass. any recommended?

My Nilkin H+ tempered glass crack already after 1 drop flat on the face on a wood floor. Seems that even with my Ringke Fusion lips around it also didnt help. Weird. Also my Ringke has this strange scratch marks (spots) on the back transparent glass. N the scratches is from the inside and not outside. The rear glass protector also got this mark at the same place. I have no explanation on how it happen. Anyone experience this too?
