guys lucky, the rm80 one is from russian steam store which was intiially sold as region locked version, after yesterday update valve employee failed again, they put ROW version for the one in russian store.

Quickly get before Valve fix it, there may not be any penalty or maybe there will be retroactive region lock.

Hence, the mistake of putting 54109 to the standard edition is unintended and indeed a mistake, if valve fixes it later and decide not to add retroactive region locking, then its good to get it, but history tells that they will most probably add retroactive locking, as it is easy to trace all copies bought during the glitch.

**Russian dealers won't tell you much about it because any retroactive region lock, they will say its valve fault, but in fact its a mistake made by valve just like all the price glitches in Evolve, and couple other games and most recently its the EVE online 12 month subscription at rm23.66 in indonesian store.

The very recent ones with this RU -> ROW by valve mistake were the Thief and Southpark in late 2013 thru early 2014, and subsequently when valve fixes it, they added retroactive region lock to those copies.

so again, buy at your own risk as always
