A bit confused about Smart $ redemptions. It's not stated clearly anywhere. Does it mean all merchants that that we earn smart$ from, allow redemptions also? |

How to redeem petrol from bhp? Is it go to counter, check the smart$ balance and then ask to redeem all, then go to pump and start pumping? Strange, was trying to redeem petrol for first time with Smart$. Attendant asked me how much i want to use, i wasn't sure so she told me to pump first then deduct from card. So after pumping RM60, she tried to deduct smart$ but somehow doesn't work, the receipt just comes out charging RM60 to my card instead without deducting smart$. Any advice? |

Regarding smart$ expiring, anyone knows how they deduct? Eg. if I have RM100 smart$, and RM10 is expiring on 31 March. If I redeem RM10 before 31 March, will they still expire rm10 or do I have spend all RM100? |
