I check my statement yesterday there is rm 50 opening balance for both card on 18 december total rm 100.
so before I apply, the lady tell me swipe 3 time each card can waive it.
I have to call them to waive it or it will auto refund?

I just informed them that I wanted to cancel the card and they straightaway waived the annual fee (saved me RM1200, haha) and the GST.

3 promo weeks passed already. i checked my statement and found that the giant rm500 purchase can get 2% under grocery but not for mydin as per their t&c. i shouldn't have used it at mydin so that i can get additional rm10 from that transaction. so my next 2 weeks target is to swipe rm500 at tesco and rm500 at aeon big. if can get the cb, total is 2%+20% cb!

I called, CS said week 3 to week 5 is out, but I'm not in the winner list. I do rmb one sifu here stating he swipe on tue also entitle for the cash back. I Gonna log complain d..

Alright guys, just called up CS twice today. The first CS told me for the 20% cash back campaign the rebate is credited until week 6 already, week 7 is going to come out next week. But I was in a hurry so didn't double check with my transactions.

After that, the second CS told me that the rebate is out until week 5 (16th Feb - 22th Feb) only as he can see the list of winners up to that week. I checked my statement and saw a transaction at Tesco on 16th Feb at 8.13am. CS told me my name is not in the list. Upon further checking with the CS, he told me that there are 800+ names on the list, meaning at least more than 800 card members swiped before 8.13am on 16th Feb.  

I told him that I did receive the cash back for week 4 whereby I did a transaction on 10th Feb (Tues) night time and still entitled for the rebate. He just acknowledged that and replied that they blasted SMS daily to all the card members to inform them about the campaign.

So, do you think these 800+ card members swiped for dining category (24 hour fast food, pub, bar, bistro, etc)? Or UOB trying to tell big lies (dai wah)?
