Currently called to cancelled and CS said wait for 5 working days to call back from another team

Just got charge my first annual fee this month after 2 years using UOB One Plat.
Called up CS to ask for waiver and the guy told me to call me back after 3 working days to check whether waiver is approved.
Is this normal practice? What are my chances or getting the annual fee waived?

Last year, I had similar experience.... for my UOB one card...UOB refused to waive even though I dared to cancel...in the end bargain for discount...got 50% off
as for visa preferred platinum, use uniringgit rewards redemption to waive....
ish...what do you say to them to get higher chances for waiver?

Why they use the phrase "up to" for weekdays?

Groceries and Telco give you 2%.

Thinking of getting MBB Visa Signature. 5% CB for petrol & groceries, the rest will be on reward points.

initally I tot the bank won't waive AF due to installment.

But in the end get offer from bank that free AF for 3 years until 2017...

is there any capping per month for the smart cash rebate?

AMEX give 5% on weekend and 1.25% for point

Confirmed with one CS that the RM900K allocation for petrol rebate will be removed. However we still need additional confirmation from other CS.

this evening uob cs called telling me that i'm not in the winner list for week 5 and week 8. i scolded them and complained again. now they put my cashback request for management approval.

that's why i suspect week 5 and week 8 winner list has nobody in it... until you call to complain. i think uob just randomly removed a few weeks cashback allocation thinking that nobody would know.

no news for my week 5 and week 8...

i will get UOB CB rm50.

3. if i buy rm600 or more voucher, i will only get CB rm50.

4. if buy rm499, get nothing?

5. if i buy rm3000 voucher, i will get CB rm900. since if 3k=CB 30%

6. if buy rm2999, how CB get?
