What so important that you need that money??! How can u be assured that you can settle this money soon as u promised? If you really got a very good reason, i think frens and relatives could help as long as u is a trust worthy person. Even colleague... Because 3.5k is really not a big amount.. I did borrow from my frens before, few k and they borrow me without asking much because they know very well that I am a trust worthy person. I bet same goes to you.. But please never ever goes to money lenders, even though they have license, but those company still act same as ah long!
