but long term would be a differtent ball game.. this area no doubt, with these property prices and 10% DP coming up, it will pull others in possible.. still cant change the facade ..

Just curious, it is not chinese majority area. How is the maintenance fees collection later? If cant collect money, then the lift cannot be serviced. End up if I buy a 18th floor. Walk gao die me meh...

swimming pool later become rubbish collection pond. Possible???

Hope bbw can further elaborate which level or class of people ll live here? Middle n below salary people?? Car park next to me is a motor bike or viva or ?????

Security level how? My car ll be stolen or not???

Seasons Garden same price people also grab like mad, leasehold also, some more no LRT/MRT nearby.
