Just curious, it is not chinese majority area. How is the maintenance fees collection later? If cant collect money, then the lift cannot be serviced. End up if I buy a 18th floor. Walk gao die me meh...
swimming pool later become rubbish collection pond. Possible??? Hope bbw can further elaborate which level or class of people ll live here? Middle n below salary people?? Car park next to me is a motor bike or viva or ????? Security level how? My car ll be stolen or not??? Please help clear my doubt before I go pay booking. |
