Do you hear any noise coming out from the rear section of you Almera when you go over speed bump? I heard some knocking sound emitted from the rear suspension.

Almera a lot of ratting sound, dashboard, door & etc.
Unable to tackle where is the sound actually from... 

Turn on air cond time getting longer, meaning after press on aircond, after few second only got respond.
Also, then keyless indication light blinking time getting longer, although the key near steering there.
Can feel the sensor/electronic stuff getting dumb.

When gear shift reverse, air cond turn not cold.

Changed 2 units wheel bearings.

Heat demister 1 line not working (got new car that time already like that).

The infamous huge tuck sound when on air condition, sound like some valve is opening or so. Worst case now is there is a zeeeee sound following the tuck sound and sound like the valve or something unable to open. It happened when the car cold down after drive for 1-2 hours. After overnight don't have such issues. Sweat, don know what is the problem and very hard to reproduce as it happen sometimes only. But so far air conditioning still works fine. I afraid tat is indicator of major breakdown as the car warranty end this !November.
Will go and check during May service as really no time to go service center for such unknown issues.

From your description it's not a faulty air cond motor fan but more like an Almera common "feature" because I also experience it every single morning hahaha..

For air cond motor fan, I can tell you that you won't miss it. The moment you on your air cond, you will hear a continuously loud sound from your air cond motor fan to a point you just want to throw the car away.

Bearing I can't tell you cos I am yet to experience, but I think currently I am experiencing it's early symptoms.

ya it common feature the zeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee sound... like NOS   

Best option to send for SC Check since still under warranty.

Last time my saga BLM also no such problem.

Every car has it's problems and some might have more than just a few problems so stop complaining. You can go to every thread there's bound to be complaints, just see whether you're the lucky one or not. 2014 VL spec Almera has 0 problems besides the aircon growling sound when you start it. That's more like an annoyance than a problem

About the air con tuck & zeee sound, SC say it's normal o. Almera is the only car has this funny sound. U may try to minimize the sound by don't turn on the air con too early after switching on engine, wait for around 10sec.

About the air cond not during reversing, is it normal? my almera has this symptom as well. Can i complain? All my previous car, including my faithful old sunny don't have this issue, LMAO.

Anyone can advise or not whether can skip the aircond service?

V or VL? to me V or VL not worth it so i go for E.

I had two options which is
1. Buy almera within this month
2. Buy vios next year
Any comments ?
Buying almera within this months comes with nismo bodykit and rebate for rm5,500,with tinting (not voucher) according to the sales person

Almera's price is apparently at the edge of her budget, so if this plan doesnt work

i owned a mid 2015 almera E (nismo b/kit). done 18k km. so far minor problems.
1 - brake squeaking in the morning
2 - BZZZzzzz sound effect when switch on a/c
3 - rattling noise from under the car

prob no 1 could be dirty brake pads coz mainly city drive
prob no 2 normal for almera 
prob no 3 came from the exhaust heat shield. a few nuts loosen. just diy tighten them and slip on a silicone shrink tube. not 100% gone at least improved a lot.

So just wanna share my Almera experience after 3.5 years. Bought mine when it was first launched. Model VL.

Problem
- Door visor came off partially (SC replaced the double side tape)
- AC cooling coil leaked (SC replace under warranty). Took almost 1 month to replace it!!!! Have to made several complaint to Nissan cares before seeing any progress. Actual replacement only took 3 days.
- Rear absorber leak (SC replace under warranty)
- Steering wheel rubber loosen (SC replace under warranty)
- Reverse camera kaput (SC replace under warranty)
- Radio head unit buzzing noise (SC replace the fan under warranty)
Good Stuff
- Good NVH compared to City and VIOS (at the time of launch 2012)
- Good FC (Full tank get about 450 to 500km, city driving, highway abt the same)
- Spacious legroom, not shoulder (Depends on how you use, to me is ok as I always max 4 person)
- Ride Comfort (Hell yeah!  Tried City and Vios, no way they come any close to Almera for ride comfort. Vios still acceptable, but City will break your backbone)
- For in-warranty replacement, TC was good, so far, no question asked. If it breaks, they will replace it for free.
Stuff to grumble
- Built in GPS map update procedure damn complex
- Super dumb and slow GPS
- Very sensitive/ thin tolerance for spares (Tried replacing the AC filter with 3rd party, end up the filter flow rate is insufficient and causing the cooling coil to frooze. The same goes to engine air filter. Tried 3rd party stuff, end up engine no power)
- Engine power ngam ngam use only
- TC service price damn   
- Some of the switches ergonomic very bad (i.e. the boot release is at a hard to reach floor, while the bonet release is "conveniently" reachable at the bottom of dashboard
- AC switch (at the donut) is easily pressed (off/on) when you take stuff from the front 2 cupholders
- Front seat lack cushioning (about on part with City/Vios, but come on Nissan... Latio's seat was awesome!)
- Side mirror no electric folding function (Myvi pun ada!!!  )
- Short warranty period (Like Nissan have no confident in their product, or TC being Chinaman kompeni, decide to save cost on warranty and overcharge on service/repair price!)
- Seriously, TC really overcharge on the service and part charges!    (By my estimation, by 120k km, I have already spend close to 6K on servicing! Service AC is about RM350++)
- TC service PJ is damn packed and always full!
- Alternative, TC service Kota Damansara is damn far away!!

The golden question... Would I buy Nissan Almera again (if I were to go back in time)? Not really, but then again, I am not impressed with City and Vios as well. So, to rephrase the answer, maybe yes. But I will go around advise people NOT to buy Almera. 

For the bzzz sound. I notice when the car rest for more than 1-2 hours,  the bzz sound is greater than normal bzzz sound. It only happen when car rest for more than 1-2 hours or more. But it the car completely cold , or overnight ,  no such problem. It definitely happen every time but hard to rectify via service center as need to demonstrate but will try to rectify it as the car going to end warranty end of the year. It sounds like when air cond is on ,  some parts unable operate or open.

I went for 30k sevice last saturday. When i checked my engine oil level this morning, i found out the engine oil color with engine treatment is grey in color. May i knw whether this is normal.

Fan motor KO already, just done 40k service last week.
