Apparent some of the hotels listed here gets you a discount when using CIMB card, however when I've enquired with a few hotels, they seem to have no clue what I'm talking about. I had recently travelled to Penang and stayed at Flamingo by the Beach (apparently 20% off best available rates) but I didn't get any particular discount.

So what's the best booking site to use for someone that holds a CIMB card? Or any particular domestic hotels that actually participate in this promotion?
