my tortise really like sun bathing. in the water tank i put two bricks n everyday it saty on it unless someone scare it, then it will hide into water.

i one day feed once time only coz my tortise always eat n eat. i think too fat already even the leg n head cannot go into shell in the same time. wat i mean is when we touch it's leg, the head sure come out. when we touch the head, the leg come out.

it is too fat?? i need to let my tortise diet??

lol.. ur tortise so lucky.... still stay in house. my let my tortise stay outside house bcoz my tortise like to sun bathing... n my tortise is too big to keep in aquarium. luckly my dad bought one tank for me put those tortise... laugh.gif

is possible that tortise will overweight??? my tortise like to eat anytime. it even cannot hide the leg in the shell

i think got some caresheets on the 1st page of this thread. by the way, as you're still using those round plastic containers, i presume the turtles are still small. how can you be sure of the sex?

filter is a must unless you're willing to frequently change the water, as res eats and poops a lot. uv is also a must unless the turtles are housed outdoors or being frequently exposed to sunlight.

my tortise is RES type. two of them just eat n eat. even my father said the tortise too fat shakehead.gif . some more my mum like to throw a vege to let them eat
