Hi guys...thanks all for your kind comments. My pair of Alligator Snapping turtle is still small, around 6 incher. Havent sex them though. Not sure its sex.

You have a pair too ? Nice man. Both 6 inchers ? My snapper is quite big and its hard to handle him. Damn aggressive. Currently im finding a mate for him, hard to find nowdays.

eujax and uzairi's mate together?? hahaaa!! i mean de ally snapper lar... hehe... wonder how do they mate... since they are more terrestrial... likes to be alone and if they see other turts... they will attack 'em?

i'm sure once u found any ally snapper in de market... u'll find it more easily d... sure it comes in batches... but wonder when will it be... really hope to get one ally snapper... they DO looked so so great! got attitude kind of turtle... coOL!

Yup, mostly in batches because they kept it to stabilize the price and by doing that they can get a higher price when introduced to the market.

Guys, i just went to pet safari. Not many new hatchling... the same since last visit (except all hatchling sulcata and star sold out), but...

They have lots of new juvenile & adults like:
1x pig nose
1x ally (rm450) - around 18 cm
5x sulcata - around 30cm
2x unknown

really a beauty, they put all the big tortoise at the entrance of the exotic section

i went to 88 pets mart today, i saw a small snapper, 3 jin gui, 1 stinktop & etc...

The small radiated gone? I went there last Saturday.... saw a radiated with "cat-eye" markings... then a small lonely star hatchling...

both not there anymore...

Wah... so fast gone... but the radiated had 1 eye that was tearing a bit... but the pattern was unique... price was like Rm900.

i think should be gone, unless they have kept it elsewhere. That radiata has been there for quite some time. Basically the aquarium only left 2 elongate tortoise. All the hatchling star, sulcata, radiata, red foot not there anymore... So many people with tortoise now

did u all noticed that they have a tortoise poster with lots of tortoise. At first i ask got sell or not, they say no. Later they told me rm40 for that old one. I think they desperate to sell something

and at the counter got lots and lots of scorpians in plastic bag. Just arrived. I think 30 of them. Really a lot

i think for those who wants big tortoise for back yard, here's your chance. Go grab those giants. Really a beauty. To see the size really can't imagine my titan able to grow that big

i don think those fellas sold it all d lar... i'm sure they are hiding it... a few shops tat i went to seems like most tortoises all gone... kenot be so LAKU wan mar suddenly...

maybe they saw in newspaper saying those had been caught selling tortoises without a valid permit will be fine and etc etc... all are hiding their tortoises...

tat's wat i think they are doing now...

They sell all hiked price stuff, coz need to cover they high rent.

Those giants ? U mean the Burmese mountain tortoise ? Ive seen them, i would love to have them.

Ya man i got a pair, one slightly smaller by half an inch i think. They are aggressive but if you handle them more often they will get use to it and be more tame. Never try handling them after drying out water of their tank, take them when they are underneath, fully covered by water. Much safer this way.

They have a new Alligator Snapper in Ikano? RM450 only for an 18cm specimen?? Could be a Common Snapper no? Anyway i know they have some hatchling Yellow Headed Temple turtle...could be what you noted as unknown. RM120 each i think. Pretty cool turtles that grow pretty huge as well.

ekiddie, be patient as i am sure the hatchling Alligator Snapper will come back in shops with less ridiculous price. Cheers.

im not sure if im seeing the dent correctly or not. eventhough my turtles are suffering from soft shell, i dont think they're dent. will check this evening.

they don't look like hiding em... cause they have so many others junvenile and adults on the display

i feel like getting the poster... but i think it is only worth RM20, for RM40 i think a bit too hiked

those giant... is not the burmese... the burmese is like 1/4 of the new giant's size

the new adults they have is really huge

it's confirm a ally, not the common one
i think it is around 14 to 18cm lar... didn't have ruler tat time
looks quite nice

the staff said allly is better cause they only eat fish, but the common snapper will eat any meat

when i asked got ally hatchling, the guy said now not season yet, but if want they can try to find

RM450 for 18cm ally is good price or not?
