i really doubt the fact that they are  false-eyed/hainan eyed turtle (Sacalia pseudocellata). The species is so questionable (might be intergeneric hybrid or even hybrid between S. quadriocellata and Cuora trifasciata) that even scientists and taxonomists are baffled. the seller probably heard four-eyed turtle and misinterpreted (intentionally or not) the turtle as false eye turtle.

when i got my Sacalias back then, it was wrongly labelled as Burmese Four Eyed Turtle. senseless, since Sacalias are native to countries on the other side of the indochina. not as bad as the vendors who claimed Notochelys platynota (Malayan Flatshelled Turtle) to come out of Africa, LMAO!!

truth is, sellers will come out with anything to make sales, so best make our own research.

Does Radiata pyramids easily like Sulcata?

Actually, how do you make sure your tortoise shell becomes pyramid?? I saw some that don't really. I have a Star Tortoise, it's still fairly tiny but i wanna make sure its shell pyramids.

p/s: It is suppose to pyramid right?
