in my point of view is obviously he still want to hang on it until he want to let go and send it to you.By that time, the phone may have some problem.When you do some transaction such as this must be dealt carefully..For you case i think you delay it too long and that fella take it as granted.Well good luck but dont let him push you too far..no point of getting the phone after few weeks.I mean the phone value is drop.

Okay everything settled already!

His explanation : THe V3i suddenly got the auto shut down problem,so he took it to the shop and fix,that's why never post to me(Atlest send me a PM so i will know!!).Since i scare that the auto shut down problem will visit me again in the future,so i told him to refund me,and i take the money to get a new one,but he used the rm600 i paid him to get a new phone now,so he is using the new phone now,and dont have money to refund me the rm600.. He PROMISED ME(i SCREENSHOT ALREADY IN MSN!!! IF HE BROKE THIS PROMISE IM GOING TO SUE HIM!!!) that he will somehow get the rm600 banked in to me by the coming Monday! He fely pity for me because he caused so much of troubles to me ..and apologized to me.

So now,im waiting for the refund....

Hell,i spend 2 weeks + waiting,and every morning wake up with the spirit of a new handphone,now has gone. If i knew this was happening,i should have just get a new 1 from the shop...

So now,waiting the refund.When received,then it will be FULLY SETTLED!!

And i wanted to thanks all of you people,for concerning eventhough you people dont know me. THANKS ALOT!!

Somehow I have a feelings it won't be settled come monday. He would just give you more excuses. Don't count the chicken before it's hatched.

Poslaju collect parcel around 3.30pm? From my experience it's 4pm++.. eitherway,
He got no intention of posting it.. Either he can ask the fella to leave it there for next day's collection or try other courier service.. GDex, Fedex, nationwide courier, TNT, ups, etc.. too many .. I think they are much cheaper than pos laju now becoz pos laju calculate the size also..

I don't get it. If the v3i does have auto shutdown problem, why he doesn't wanna tell you earlier? He chose to drag and drag, and him and his mum don't want you to know his HP number. Besides as you already said, he used your RM600 to get a new phone. A new phone without a number huh?

And i doubt he will refund to you on Monday. He delayed 2 weeks on his v3i postage, and i bet he gonna drag once again. Pray hard and expect the worse lo... if i were him, i'll wait for my v3i to be repaired, then trade it off to any handphone shops. Collect the money then only pay you back.

I think this is happening quite often. It's a much better way than borrowing from loan sharks.

He gave me his Contact Number. And he said will get the money banked in to me on the coming monday.

He confirmed me,Sure will bank in Monday.Not today because he have to ask his friends or relatives to borrow .

The V3i last time not problem,but now only got,that is what he said,he asked me,whether i wanted to wait? And he said he wanna ship all the accesories to me first,but i rejected.

He said he is very sorry for causing me so much of troubles,he said he can lend me his phone (m600),the one he just bought with the money,until my v3i is fixed and ready to ship.But i rejected as well,since im lazy to post it back to him.

So i asked for refund,and he promised will bank in on monday..

Some pos office open until 10:00pm. 2 time i post my item at 9:50pm(work mah), the counter man ask me fill-up form faster because they 1 calculate money. So, if still operation hours they still have to accept your post.
