can't seem to identify which part u're talking about. Maybe u can turn off the flash before snapping the photo. Seems a bit to bright

panel line and decal it and you'll probably won't notice it. It's not that obvious unless you're a perfectionist

u can buy putty & putty it back, then once it's dried sand it and use blue marker/paint to paint it.

putty is something like quick dry clay, usually comes in super glue like packing. u squeeze out abit and put on area your want to fix, then you use hobby tool to remove the access and let it dry, then you sandpaper it until surface area is what you like to be & also smooth it out.

it's like patching a hole except you are restoring the cut out part.

then you paint it lo.

for pencil to work u need to flat coat the surface 1st then the powder will stick, you can even do shading with pencil powder, top coat is a must.

pencil is only grey, if you try to shade anything darker than grey, it won't work, so, howbout use color pencil powder instead?

there's also some Tamiya weathering powder set available like make up powder, but i haven't seen really dark color ones.

also u got spray matte coating before apply, coz powder won't stick on smooth surface.
