Currently my WIP is RG Zeta Expo ver (Clear) should i do simple weathering before top coat (using tamiya weather master) or just matte top coat it?? Which one is best option?

Weathering on a clear kit. Seriously, that's too much. I think clear kits were suppose to look good by being clear. Not smudge in effects of rust, mud, dust scratches, and other effects of environmental/war mishaps.

*facepalm*

with clear kit, you are not supposed to do this:
-top coat the kit either gloss or flat, it will make clear kit smoked/smoky look
-panel line
-putting decals, you hardly see it anyway after put it
-weathering

none of this above will enhance the clear kit look except
-paint the inner frame part with striking color e.g. gold so you can view that part in transparent armor
