It's impossible to paint color clear parts to another clear color

It's possible to paint a darker clear color on a lighter clear color part
Though you won't get the color you wanted

Eg. It's possible to paint clear blue on clear yellow part, but you would probably get a weird greenish color
Only feasible one I think is painting clear red on clear yellow, you might get a orangey color

if the seller already mentioned the postage fee, he/she should honour that amount

I miscalculated the postage fee many times before when I send out stuffs, I had to bear the rugi-ness because I already stated the fee
