how long do u guys need to assemble a HG or NG model? I am doing my first ever model (NG 1/100), and damn, it takes so long.. Had done for around 6 hours, and only the body, head and arm part is done..
What about MG duration? Planning to jump to MG once this NG done.. Any nice/cheap MG for recommendation?
HG: 2-3 hours if I feel like it, 2-3 weeks if I'm lazy MG: 2-3 days >> half a year
those new seed MG seems like a good choice to start with

Can someone explain how is the lottery sales works for the reissue p-Bandai kit? Thanks gundamguy.blogspot.com/2015/01/p-bandai-exclusive-re-issue-lottery.html?m=1
you will be given like some sort of ticket & if u want u get to buy those P-bandai exclusives same like buying other P-bandai but a bit more difficult like a lucky draw. Too much hassle if u ask me corrrect me if I'm wrong though, they also did a similar thing before for the SHF line

Is it that bad.. not detailed like most MG? it looks like a zeta/ transformable flight MS type..
like mushy said, it mostly focused on the aesthetic. It lacks the inner frame of the typical MG so a bit less solid but overall from what I can see it is a nice kit. Panel line is plenty
it is from the zeta series, an upgraded version of the MKII like Zeta

finally bought RG gundam astraea type F on CNY eve... to my surprise, Gamers Arena has also restock MG Gundam Unicorn...
half way assembling MG Gundam Unicorn, but the "transformation" to destroy mode is not "smooth"... like the knee part...kinda hard to keep the red psycho frame in the place it should... kinda worry that it was due to my assembly skill...
P/S: i think i might need to some advice here...i didnt do any "dry transfer" decal before as i'm not really confident in doing it... usually i just do the stickers... how do many sifu here do the decal? i can cut the dry transfer decal using the blade, it is holding the decal in place... i saw some youtube videos but i would like some additional opinions / advice / suggestions...
MG unicorn is quite fragile due to the transformation
dry transfer decals isn't that hard. For easier usage, u can use sellotape to temporarily hold them in place more securely and scratch using coin. though the process is a bit hassle, it is quite easy to learn compared to water slide

MG Unicorn knee is notorious for being crappy, the damn psycho frame has nothing to latch onto. Best way is for u to remove the back calf thruster and shove something long inside to hold up the psycho frame while u fiddle around with the knee cap till the damn thing stays in place. And even when it did a slight nudge will knock it out of place, so my advise is just glue the damn thing and be done with it.
All Unicorns r the same. Heck if anything FAU is even worse due to all the extra weight.
the cost of beauty pretty much the reason why I didn't change my Banshee pose since day 1 FAU is pretty much a brick, not much pose can be done
