RM910K for 3-storey, better of buying at Kajang / Semenyih.

Rawang will take longer to develop. Semenyih with SEH, EM, DC, etc is more promising without the baggage

Phase 2 - Early Birds from RM830K++ or something like that.

RM150K is plucked from the air cos TH DSL was about RM820K++ and the 3 storey was RM960K++
