After highway done, means will acess to kundang(gamuda, tan&tan), then only reach rawang.
Distance from BRP to kundang is nearer to rawang. So the highway and interchange here will play a big role.

I refer to rahman putra, sungai buloh area as sierramas/brp still consider "ong" place as nearrer to kl and pj. 😁

If immediate access to serai, then i suppose also consider open access for tan&tan right? Since their land side by side.
