Ya I saw the banner up already saying that the show house is open.  However I am very surprise that BRDB would come up with such name... Taman Sari... should use the tag line as their property name "Garden Sonata"

I will be making a trip down tomorrow or Tuesday to look see look see...    drool.gif  drool.gif

Why the design looks .. not sure what to say.. better design from Acacia Park and m Residence I guess. Hope BDRB will think to present more futuristic design.

I feel the façade looks okay, just simple and nice. Definitely no wow factor but overall, looks great for me.

Importantly would be the internal layout.

Yes - you are correct.  My apologies. Not to condem but just my curiosity why they not come with futuristic high end design. Peace!

Ah bro, no worry. Take it easy. No need apology leh bcz I am not saying u r wrong or condemn this projecg. Lol.

I worry if too futuristic or high end design, it cost another RM 100-200k bucks.

IMO, location is quite good. it's like 1KM away from Rawang Toll. But the setback is.... you cannot turn-in into that area if you are from Rawang Toll direction. You have to make a U-Turn at McDonald Anggun Traffic Light. But i foreseen lots of illegal turn-in in the future until the road is expanded to 2-land per direction with divider in the middle. then, owner need to make U-Turn at Anggun traffic light.

pricing wise, i think might be quite high looking at the pricing of Anggun 3.
