1) On-going piling works for Amaryllis
2) Looks like cow grass from far... Heaps of topsoil stored on site
3) Earthwork for Camelia still on-going
4) No renovation will be done for Amaryllis Type B/E showhouse (Photo below) to suit major changes of Camelia's Type B/E layout
5) Lake drained out for bridge construction
7) Dual carriageway bridge undergoing construction
8) SIS school boundary marked by the white strings
9) Camelia View 1, launching on 21 November
10) Camelia View 2

For Camelia Type A/D - Same same
Type B/E - Courtyard covered, double volume living space on first floor covered, you can take Type A/D and just "widen" it, only difference from Type A/D is that there will be two rooms on the second floor
Type C/F - Same same

No idea of the design yet, but the sales gallery will be converted into a clubhouse within by the time Amaryllis / Camelia VP, you will get 5 years free membership as a buyer though.
If the size is similar to the one in DPC/Jade Hill, that would be enough
