Very small plot of land, 7 towers. Next to cemetery, price better be attractive.

Maybe the graveyard is still empty. Maybe the plan has changed, they are actually using it to build the 7 towers, then it will be nice.

Yeah that's why I think maybe they managed to convert the cemetary to develop as well. Then it sounds good for 7 towers.
