can anyone tell me how to calculate the monthly maintenance fees for twinz ? if unit is 871sqf, is that just 871 x0.33 =287.43 only?
i read ohako's post , the car park size also need to calculate into the maintenance ... the car park not suppose already paid include in the selling price meh?

i have confirmation from developer, the monthly maintenance only the unit psf x0.33( include sinking fund), car park is foc and shd not calculate into monthly maintenance...hahaha... look like twinz is better than ohako in long run.
