Yes. what u said is truth...if that area really build the bridge, all cars will be driving there and may cause of jamming the road since is free pay toll.

Developers mentioned this bridge will build in future but unknown completion year to inform all buyers, as i knew is this bridge is talking from 2014 until now still yet news.

I noticed that twinz already build 24lvl and 16lvl floor has been completed...both tower

facing cementary is really not worth for invest or no value in future? suit for own stay only?

Yes. i can imagine it will become heavy traffic jam there after done build of twinz & ohako condo. Perhaps the bridge is not approval, but still jam on jalan pipit since will more then 3k car will use this road.

i'm worry about after buy it and resell value become lower or even difficult to sell it.

Yes. some investor will buy it then find the tenant to rent and sell it after few year. Some agents will buy it with cheaper price when completed done after few year then sell with high price.
